Area size: haven't counted, but pretty big

"Little" Bluehill is a magical clearing one might find when lost in the nordic woods. Contrary to its name the area consists of numerous flowing hills, most of them covered in various species of blue flowers.
You don´t have to know a lot about magic to feel its essence throughout the clearing. Even though some of the species of flowers normally bloom for only one season they have been observed to bloom for much longer. The most likely explanation as of now is that the magical properties of the soil and the rest of the environment affects their growth cycles. But are the flowers and crops of Bluehill the only organic lifeforms affected by this? Most definitely not.A comfortably sized wooden cottage is situated on top of one of the bigger hills in the area.Sometimes you might stumble upon a tombstone or other gravemarkers on your stroll through the meadows. Names, dates and other text are most often faded due to their exposure to the elements, but if you´re lucky you might be able to decipher who the stone might be in memory of.(I´ve figured out that they probably are the witches who´ve inhabited the cottage before me! Evidently, it doesn´t seem like many who make it in to the clearing ever leave...)It seems like some forest animals can both enter and leave the clearing as they wish. But they rarely stay for long. The creatures who do inhabit the meado and its borders seem to be either of magical origin or have been affected by the magic with time (generationally). In order to keep track of these wonderful critters I am trying to compile some sort of "beastiary". The process is slow, but with time I hope to share more information about them with you :>
